Soft Credit for Experian is Currently Down

We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

We're in the process of updating the soft credit reports now. Will be done soon.

We estimate that this will take us a few hours to fix all the soft credit reports. Will keep you posted once we know more info.

We will report more info about how to update reports and how long it's going to take once we receive more info from CIC.

We've been notified that Experian is back up. We'll be updating reports and will notify users once this is all complete.

We recently learned that Experian is only having issues with their soft credit pulls. All hard credit pulls are still working in BLN.

The soft credit score for the Experian credit bureau is down at the moment. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our end but wait for them to fix the problem.

You may see the following notice for Experian on your soft credit report:

"B - EXPERIAN: INQUIRY NOT ALLOWED"
